Our mission is to empower vulnerable populations through the provision of information, advice and assistance to facilitate access to justice and enable them to receive equal treatment before the law.
Charmaine works in an international law firm headquartered in London, United Kingdom, with offices in the United States, Europe, Asia, and the Caribbean. She advises in respect of all matters relating to matrimonial law, including medium to substantial financial applications. In particular, she has been involved in specific discovery applications, variation of maintenance proceedings, interim maintenance and maintenance pending suit applications, cross border disputes and applications in respect of costs and taxation.
