Holly has been at the forefront of human rights advocacy for many years. As the former Executive Director of HELP, Holly led the organisation to become one of the leading NGOs in Hong Kong in the field of legal empowerment and access to justice for migrant domestic workers. She has co-authored a handbook, produced literature and developed online content on the rights of domestic workers. Holly has also worked with other NGOs in various capacities including as a board member of Enrich, lecturer at EmpowerU and Access to Justice Consultant for PathFinders. She is currently a strategic advisor at Uplifters.

Holly supports Helpology because she believes that equal access to justice and empowering migrant workers, small business owners and vulnerable populations in Hong Kong, such that they can receive fair and equal treatment before the law, are important cornerstones of a human society.
